Terms and Conditions: 1. The competitor’s estimate must be current, within the last 30 days, in writing, and from a local licensed and insured residential electrical contractor. 2. The competitor’s estimate must include identical scope of work, materials, and specifications. Any variations in materials, labor, or installation practices may void the price match offer. 3. The offer applies only to residential electrical services and excludes promotional discounts, clearance pricing, or bundled offers. 4. The competitor’s estimate must be presented prior to the start of work for verification. 5. Baker Brother’s reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and job details before honoring a price match. 6. This guarantee does not apply to verbal quotes, online-only pricing, or unlicensed contractors. 7. Baker Brother’s reserves the right to decline a price match if the competitor’s offer does not meet these terms or cannot be reasonably verified.
