The Baker Brothers Family Plan Membership (“Membership”) is a preventative maintenance program that includes scheduled inspections and limited maintenance services for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. All services are non-invasive and limited to components that are safely accessible at the time of service. Specific services are provided in accordance with current Membership details and promotional offers and may be subject to system age, condition, and safety limitations as determined by the technician. Baker Brothers reserves the right to modify or decline services where conditions are unsafe or may result in damage. Membership does not include repairs, replacements, or code corrections; any additional services will be quoted separately.
Membership includes scheduled HVAC maintenance visits consisting of visual inspections and system performance checks for up to the number of systems outlined in the Membership details. Services are limited to those described in current offers and are subject to system accessibility, condition, and safety limitations. Additional systems or services may be performed at an additional cost.
Membership includes one (1) plumbing system maintenance visit per service cycle consisting of a non-invasive, visual safety inspection of accessible plumbing components. Services performed are limited to those described in the Membership details and applicable offers and may be subject to system age, condition, and safety limitations as determined by the technician. Baker Brothers reserves the right to modify or decline services where conditions are unsafe or may result in damage. Membership does not include repairs, replacements, or code corrections; any additional services will be quoted separately.
Membership includes one (1) electrical system maintenance visit per service cycle consisting of a non-invasive, visual safety inspection of accessible electrical components. Services are limited to those described in the Membership details and applicable offers and are subject to system accessibility and safety conditions. Baker Brothers reserves the right to modify or decline services where unsafe conditions exist. Membership does not include repairs, upgrades, rewiring, or code corrections; any additional services will be quoted separately.
Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed to the credit card on file and requires a twelve (12) month initial term. Cancellation prior to completion of the initial term may result in charges for the remaining balance or invoicing for discounts and benefits received. Upon completion of the initial term, Membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at the then-current rate unless canceled with a (30) day notice.
By enrolling, the customer authorizes Baker Brothers to charge the payment method on file for all recurring fees and applicable charges. The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method at all times. Declined or failed payments may result in suspension of Membership benefits. If payment issues are not resolved within thirty (30) days, Membership may be canceled and any outstanding balance may be charged or invoiced.
By providing one or more credit card, debit card, or bank accounts (each a “Payment Method”) to Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric, you authorize Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric to process and store your Payment Method details and initiate (1) ACH debits from any bank account Payment Method, (2) electronic debits from any debit card Payment Method and/or (3) electronic charges to any credit card Payment Method, as applicable, for the amounts due under the Agreement, any applicable fees, and in connection with any errors, claims, or disputes (collectively, "Payments"). Unless otherwise limited by law or credit card issuer limitations, if any Payment is declined or otherwise returned unpaid (“Failed Payment”), you authorize us to reinitiate such payment using the payment information that you provided. However, you agree that we are under no obligation to reinitiate any Failed Payment. Additionally, if you provide more than one Payment Method, you authorize Company to charge any other backup Payment Method in the amount of the Failed Payment. In the event Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric obtains updated information from your financial institution with respect to any Payment Method, you agree that we may update and use this information.
Membership services are preventative in nature and do not guarantee system performance, prevent breakdowns, or eliminate the need for repairs or replacement.
Membership benefits, pricing, and service offerings are subject to change without notice. Services are provided based on availability and service area. Baker Brothers is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not visible or reasonably discoverable during inspection.
