Danny with Baker Brothers just left my home, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He charged me half of what I was quoted from another plumber for the same job. He was on time and performed the job quickly.

We just had Craig H. (Service Rep) come to our home and install our new sink cabinet in our powderbath. Craig was professional, polite, engaging and knowledgable. VERY nice guy! The install actually turned out to be a bit more complicated than we anticipated (the home- builder had glued the pedestal sink to the wall and the cabinet we purchased needed to be retrofitted for the plumbing) but Craig took care of those issues with ease. He was extremely conscientious and clean. It is for that reason we continue to use Baker Brothers for our plumbing needs and refer the company as well.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Baker Brothers – thanks to Craig H. They have now become my “go to” for all plumbing needs. They responded quickly to our call. Craig H. came out quickly and on time and found that we had a slab leak. Not the best news to hear …. but his knowledge and professionalism made it manageable and he was able to comfort us with the facts about the different solutions to our problem. After he found our slab leak problem – communicated effectively the different solutions to our plumbing problems – we were able to move forward. Craig H worked tirelessly to fix our problem (which was on a Friday)and he worked into the evening and completed this work so we would not be without the necessary water for the weekend. We were so thrilled and satisfied with the work he did as well as the confidence we had in his skills, that we called and requested him to do additional work in our home. We have not been disappointed! We will continue to call and request Craig H. for all of our plumbing needs. I would also like to recommend Shawn who came to our home with Craig H on our second installation – he two, was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. You can’t go wrong with Baker Brothers if they are all like Craig H & Shawn! With much gratitude for a job well done!
